Coca-Cola Beverages Uganda (CCBU) has partnered with Acacia Foundation Uganda to enhance and promote their plastic collection for recycling agenda.
CCBU is committed to creating awareness on the proper disposal of plastic, the recycling and reuse option of plastic packaging.
The Acacia Foundation collects a significant amount of plastic and a has high capacity for recycling daily and will use CCBU’s well outlined distribution network across the country to access more disposed plastic.
We believe that our partnership with CCBU is an important one since it will enable us to create plastic recycling awareness programmes that will benefit society as well as improve the collection of plastic waste.
